This is to thank you and your staff for a wonderful reconstruction project done on our home. We started dreaming about having our kitchen and den renovated about 2 years ago. We sat down with many different contractors but it was Rich Cipriani and his crew that could see things we could not see. Rich suggested we open up the basement entrance and take out the door. Rich has a wonderful sense of beauty and design. When we told Rich we were ready to go last year he was here with the crew and at each step we took he was there to guide and advise. We love our new kitchen and den. Richard Cipriani is a forward thinker and he can create an innovative design to enhance your home.
Rich has completed two projects for us in the last year. He rebuilt the front porch of our rental property. That home was originally built in 1890. Secondly, he remodeled our kitchen in our home. That home was originally built in 1925. Rich is a visionary when it comes to old homes. He has an innate ability to mesh old world charm to contemporary convenience. Rich and his team are very sensitive toward being as least disruptive as possible in your home. He meets all timelines that are agreed upon. Rich did not leave our projects until they were completed.
They are professionals who are organized, hard working and respectful to your home. Like all construction projects, challenges occur when you least expect them, but Rich and his crew never wavered or seem overwhelmed by them. In fact, I believe, they thrive on the challenges because they are confident that they will solve those problems and make you a happy customer. Rich is incredibly knowledgeable about all facets of construction. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. Rich exceeded our construction expectations, particularly for our kitchen renovation.
Rich Cipriani and his crew began work on our three-season room in August of 2009. This was our first building project and involved integrating an existing room into the addition. We chose Rich because we had seen the quality of his work on a major remodeling project he had done for our friends.
My husband and I know what we like when we see it, but really do not know how to bring something together. There was also a budget to maintain. Rich and crew were invaluable to us as this project moved along. A lot of decisions needed to be made and we found their ideas and suggestions really enhanced the final result. We now have a lovely new space to enjoy along with a transformed existing room.
Rich Cipriani was very responsive to our request for an estimate. He told us what was feasible in our budget and was critical in helping us with design decisions. Bob was the carpenter that built our built-in entertainment center. It is a beautiful piece of work that we always get compliments on. Bob is meticulous, he is not done until both he and you are satisfied. Cipriani Construction is a professional company, we highly recommend them.
Where do I begin…..
We started having issues with water staining in the home and it was time to get the house updated on the exterior. We had old aluminum siding that was completely faded, old windows and no insulation in the walls of the home which were adding to the issues. I thought I had some idea what new vinyl siding would be and starting making some calls for quotes with contractors I had seen in the neighborhood areas. Well come to find out, I didn’t have a clue to what anything cost after the few proposals I got. I did some research on our house to see actually how old the siding, windows and roof were. During my research, a little birdy told me about a contractor that was very good in our area and honest. I still made several calls to others but Mike @ Cipriani Construction got back to me that day. He came right out and talked to me about what needed to be done and how to fix all our problems. I’m a person that needs to know the actual approach and how it gets fixed, he was so patient with explaining it to me where I could see that others were getting annoyed at all my questions. Not Mike!
That next week, I got a proposal detailing what the costs were to fix each problem. I did still continued to get other quotes and meet with other contractors that were not only higher priced but some of the work proposed was unnecessary! Almost like padding the bill in my opinion. I guess if you have money to blow its ok but we did not. I just instantly liked Mike and his approach to the problems. I also got a sense that he cared and understood that we wanted everything fixed correctly, as I explained to him that we had other contractors work on the house here and there and were not at all happy with the quality of some of the work performed.
Mike gave us a time line from start to finish and stuck to that time. His crew Bobby & Dennis are the hardest working people I have ever seen and NO CORNERS were cut with anything. They were professional, courteous and took pride in the work they were doing, as if it were their own home being fixed. They were always on time each day and cleaned up every day when they left. I couldn’t be happier with the work or more confident in the fact that it was done right. To me, that makes it worth 10 times the money we spent.
I want to thank you all for making our home not only beautiful with the best curb appeal but structurally safe. I wouldn’t trust anyone else working on our home but Cipriani Construction.

We had the good fortune, during a Better Business Bureau search for “deck builders”, to fmd Cipriani Construction. Upon our first meeting with the owner Rich Cipriani, we were instantly impressed with him. He was punctual, to the minute, for our arranged preliminary meeting at our home. Our desire for a deck has spanned several years, so one of the first meetings with a contractor had us both very excited. With only some stakes in the ground and general description, Rich was able to “see” what we were looking to do.
Prior to meeting Rich, we had contacted a few other contractors, most of whom took their time to get us an estimate. Needless to say , we were pleasantly surprised when Rich contacted us within in the week with a solid figure and suggestions for where we could look at the different materials for the deck and offered to take us to see some of the other work that his organization had completed; something that no other contractor had offered.
After some deliberation, we decided that Cipriani Construction was for us and thus the project was initiated. Partially sidelined for a month’s worth of permit hassles, Rich was completely positive and supportive to us during that time and kept reassuring us that once we had the permit in hand he would be there to get our deck built.
During the building process, we were kept apprised of every move they made and never felt we had to play catch-up to their daily building activities. Rich’s crew, headed up by his son Michael, was the most professiona respectful, punctual, and trustworthy contractor we could have ever hoped for..The finished product exceeds all of our expectation in every way. They finished ahead of schedule and were ever present on the job. They would get our recommendation for any type of home improvement project, as their expertise in construction and the pride they take in their work speaks for itself in the quality of the job they do.
